Product Sizing

At EcoVibe Apparel, we work with multiple designers and fabrics, making it difficult to have a universal size chart.

If you have a question about the sizing of an item or items, please e-mail support@ecovibestyle.com and we can give you our personal recommendations and can often measure it ourselves!

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. A physical Gift Card is also available by request, if desired. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees or expiration and can be used either in the store or online.

Please indicate at checkout if you would like a physical Gift Card mailed to you or the person you are sending the Gift Card to. You will also receive all Gift Card details by email.

If you have a question about our products, you can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions, require more detailed information, or have any thoughts, let us know by emailing us here or using the chat feature to your right. 

Returns & ExChanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, please email us or give us a call so we can check availability and set aside the item(s) for you in advance and request an exchange below.

START YOUR RETURN

In-Store

If you happen to change your mind about a purchase, we will accept returns for a full refund on any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise with all hang tags attached-- no longer than 7 days from the date of purchase. 

Items purchased at discounted or sale prices, plants, apothecary, and jewelry are considered final sale and are not returnable.

You must also provide us with a proof of purchase at time of return or exchange by providing us your name and email at checkout, a paper receipt, or e-mailed receipt.

ONLINE

We happily accept returns for any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with all hang tags attached, no later than 10 days from the original ship date. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, which will be deducted from the total refund, upon receiving product.
If received after 15 days for online purchases, items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days from original purchase.

Sale items may be accepted for return at our discretion for store credit or exchange only.
A prepaid label will be sent to you, and refunds will be applied sub the cost of a shipping return label.

Shipping

We offer free shipping and no sales tax on most domestic orders in the U.S.A. Most domestic orders ship on the same day and arrive within 2-5 business days.

Shipping SHOES & HOME GOODS

Orders containing shoes and home goods are considered "heavy weight" and are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00, unless in-store pickup is requested.

We also offer express (2-day) shipping for a flat rate of $25
