String of Bananas
Call it a String of Bananas or Fishhook Senecio; either way, Senecio Radicans is aptly named for its braid-like hanging tendrils of small, curved fleshy leaves. Grow it in a bright spot as a houseplant where it can cascade down a bookshelf or dangle from a hanging macrame planter.
Place in a well-lit area, close to a window but away from direct sun. Water sparingly and make sure the soil completely dries out between waterings. A good watering schedule is once every 10-14 days in the summer and once every 3-4 weeks in the winter. Make sure the plant is in well-draining soil for best results.
