Please note that ECOVIBE is a small business with a small, but mighty, team. Larger orders often take a minimum of 4-6+ weeks to fulfill depending on product availability and delivery timelines.
For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 7 days from date of delivery for purchases made at ecovibestyle.com.
Once 7 days has passed, online returns will be accepted up to 14 days after date of delivery for exchange or store credit ONLY.
