ECOVIBE is a growing, locally-owned lifestyle brand and boutique in Portland with a retail location and an active online store. We are seeking talented salespeople, plant specialists, merchandisers and marketing associates to join our team of motivated, fashion-forward and environmentally conscious individuals. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

We work in a diverse range of mediums including live plants, apparel, gifts and home decor. Each interaction begins with the customer experience in mind. In our retail store and online, our goal is to elicit an emotional connection by engaging the customer with all five senses and continually providing something new and unexpected to see. Within these shops of carefully considered objects and ideas from designers we love, we hope to inspire people to lead a life of exploration that is filled with creativity and passion.
ECOVIBE is currently a small team, happily experimenting and learning as we go. Each role is loosely structured with built-in room for innovation. Now in our 10th year, we are looking to hire skilled and creative team members who have an interest in growing with us.
We are looking for passionate team members who will provide excellent customer service, while upholding all visual, operational, and maintenance standards within the store and online. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Visual Merchandising Associate
- Plant Specialist/Sales Associate
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
For Marketing Associates, we require 1+ years of marketing or e-commerce experience, preferably with a background and skill set pertaining to retail sales.
For Visual Merchandising Associates, we require 1+ years of retail merchandising experience.
For Plant Specialists, we require 1+ years of horticulture experience or education working with indoor plants either in a retail or greenhouse environment.
For Shipping/Receiving associates, we prefer 1+ years experience of stock management and/or shipping experience.
For all roles, we prefer 1+ years of customer service experience in a retail sales or customer service role, ideally retail in a boutique setting.
Sense of initiative with strong leadership capabilities.
Ability to achieve results both independently and collaboratively with clear team communication and follow-through skills.
Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner.
Schedule must be available to work weekends.
