For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 10 days from date of purchase for in-store purchases. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a store credit that will never expire. Please have your name, purchase email, or receipt number prepared to show an associate.
Once 10 days has passed, returns will be accepted up to 30 days after original purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. Gifts are available for exchange only with gift receipt when submitted within 30 days.
For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 10 days from date of delivery for purchases made at EcoVibeStyle.com. For online returns by mail, we will send you a $10 flat rate invoice and provide you with a shipping label once the invoice has been paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case in which the entire order arrives damaged and is not being replaced.

To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice or email order confirmation.
- Apparel, footwear, home goods, and accessories may be returned unless the item is on sale, or marked down.
- Items must not be worn, washed, altered, used or damaged.
- Items must still have all original tags attached.
- Sale or marked down items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days.
- Apothecary (bath + body, diffusers, room sprays, etc.), live plants, jewelry, face masks, and food items/perishable goods are considered FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
