IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 7 days from date of purchase for in-store purchases. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a store credit that will never expire. Please have your name, purchase email, or receipt number prepared to show an associate. 

Once 7 days has passed, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after original purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY

 

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 7 days from date of delivery for purchases made at ecovibestyle.com. For online returns by mail, we will send you a $10 flat rate invoice and provide you with a shipping label once the invoice has been paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case in which the entire order arrives damaged and is not being replaced.

Free shipping is available for exchanges on apparel items only.

  

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice or email order confirmation. 

  • Apparel, home goods, and accessories may be returned unless the item is on sale, or marked down.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, altered, used or damaged.
  • Items must still have all original tags attached.
  • Purchases using a discount code can be returned as long as the purchase falls within our return window.
  • Apothecary (bath + body, diffusers, room sprays, etc.), live plants, jewelry, face masks, and food items/perishable goods are considered FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Sale or marked down items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
