Returns + Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help! Start your return HERE by providing us with your name, details on the item you would like to return and the order number from your receipt, if you have it. Someone from our support team will get back with you within 24 hours to help get your return processed. 

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Gift exchanges will be accepted through January 15th, 2023 with original tags attatched and gift reciept. Jewelry and gift exchanges are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale or marked down items, apothecary (bath + body, diffusers, room spray, etc.) live plants, and food items/perishable goods are considered FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED. 

IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 7 days from date of purchase for in-store purchases. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a store credit that will never expire. Please have your name, purchase email, or receipt number prepared to show an associate. 

Once 7 days has passed, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after original purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. Jewelry and gifts are eligible for exchange only with a gift receipt and within 14 days of original purchase.

 

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For a full refund, you can return your eligible items within 7 days from date of delivery for purchases made at ecovibestyle.com. For online returns by mail, we will send you a $10 flat rate invoice and provide you with a shipping label once the invoice has been paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case in which the entire order arrives damaged and is not being replaced.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice or email order confirmation. 

  • Apparel, home goods, and accessories may be returned unless the item is on sale, or marked down.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, altered, used or damaged.
  • Items must still have all original tags attached.
  • Purchases using a discount code can be returned as long as the purchase falls within our return window.
  • Jewelry is only eligible for exchange or credit.
  • Apothecary (bath + body, diffusers, room sprays, etc.), live plants,  and food items/perishable goods are considered FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Sale or marked down items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.
