Shipping, Pickup + Delivery
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout with a minimum fee of $10 on all orders. Heavier and/or larger goods, such as pottery, furniture, and baskets, ship at higher rates. Live plants and most furniture items are available for Local Pickup or Local Delivery only. Please review product details for specific questions on shipping eligibility. Air plants are eligible for shipping!
Processing times average around 3 days after order confirmation. During site promotions or the holiday season, processing times can increase slightly. Once an order has left our warehouse, packages typically arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment. It is rare, but there are occasional delays. We will email with you with tracking information once it becomes available.
While we don't ship to all international countries, we are able to ship select items to Canada! If you live in Canada and are interested in placing an order, email us here and we can provide an estimate on shipping.
If you would like to following through with the order, we will invoice you directly to account for an accurate shipping cost. This fee does not cover any duties, import taxes, or fees. The customer will be responsible for any associated fees with their order.
While we would love to serve customers all over the world, we currently only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
PICKUP + DELIVERY
If you live in or near Portland, feel free to choose in-store or curbside pickup, which is always free! Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours. Once your pickup order is ready, please head to the ECOVIBE location designated on your pickup notifcation email.
Local Portland Delivery is also available for a $35 delivery fee. Not sure if your order qualifies? Our delivery range is a 5 mile radius from our store location.
As a small business, we are not able to offer same-day delivery at this time. Deliveries are typically completed by Friday of each week. Deliveries can experience delays due to volume and inventory levels. You will receive a notification when your order goes out for delivery!
