Tradescantia albiflora 'Albo-Vittata', aka the Giant White Inch Plant, features large, thick leaves with high-contrast green and white variegation. Keep your Tradescantia in bright, indirect light with a lot of top-down light to promote a healthy crown. Allow the top 1-2 inches of soil to dry out slightly in between waterings. These plants can be fragile and break easily, but they also propagate themselves very quickly. Just plop a broken piece into a vessel of water near a window and it will grow roots in less than two weeks! Fertilize 1-2 times per month during the growing season.
